These are the legal terms and conditions under which we supply the products ("Products") listed on our website, www.tepotztli.mx ("our site"), to you. Please read these terms carefully before ordering any Products from our site. By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions, whether or not you choose to register with us. If you do not agree with these terms, we advise you not to use our site.

System Failures

As the platform provided by Tepotztli relies on software, hardware, and internet systems, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the site. Access may be affected by events beyond our control, such as technical difficulties, system failures, or internet outages. Tepotztli is not liable for any errors, omissions, or technical issues on the site. Users cannot claim compensation for lost profits or damages due to such technical issues. In the event of a system failure, Tepotztli will make every effort to restore access as soon as possible.

We may occasionally update these terms and conditions. The terms applicable to your order are those displayed on our site at the time you place your order. Each section of these terms operates independently, so if a court or relevant authority determines that any section is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain effective.

Please note that these terms are governed by Mexican law. If you are a consumer, this means that any contract for the purchase of Products, along with any disputes or claims arising from it, will be governed by Mexican law. However, if you are not a resident of Mexico, Mexican law will apply only to the extent that it does not override any mandatory laws in your country of residence.

Terms of Site Use

By providing information in public areas of this Site, you grant Tepotztli permission to use, reproduce, publish, and display this information (in whole or in part) globally, subject to the terms of our Privacy Notice.

Tepotztli collects two types of information from Site users: (i) data voluntarily provided through optional registration on the site and (ii) data collected from user activity on the site. This information is used for statistical purposes, either alone or combined with other data, to help us tailor our content to users' interests, improve our products and services, and make site visits more efficient.

While browsing our Site, we collect statistics about the most visited pages and time spent on each section, which allows us to optimize user experience. Gift Cards

All gift cards must be used within six months of issuance. After this period, the gift cards will automatically be deactivated.
